Text Box:  Welcome to SchoolArchives.org. This WEB Site is dedicated to the Maintenance and Support of  School Districts. Many Districts have realized the time and cost savings to having access to their archived drawings, documents and specifications. Each of the School Districts which have been archived through our process will have their data accessible on this WEB site (at no charge). as well as any existing Computer Data which the Districts would like to store. We have developed a WEB Site, and Viewing software which is highly secured and gives the Districts access from anywhere.  Our process begins with organization. Our goal is to build a chronological record of the drawings and specifications for each School from when it was built.

Text Box:     Organization         We take the headache out of the process. We package, box, identify and remove the drawings and documents from the areas they are currently stored. Once at our facility we remove all duplicates, staples, paper clips and repair rips and tears, then organize the drawings and documents by School and date.                                   Removal        Once the identification process is complete a report will be submitted which will outline the task to be completed and the cost related. All processed scans are sent to the secured WEB site as they are completed to allow immediate access. CDs are sent to you. (1) site license of our viewing software will be installed (no cost)
